Penny began working for Friends Lab in 1991. During her tenure she learned and enhanced the laboratory's clerical/data entry, final reporting, staff management and customer service departments. She works in close contact with the laboratory owners and technical staff to ensure Friends provides the best possible service to all clients.
Penny may be reached between the hours of 6:00am and 3:00pm.
